How can I split a line, add a new line, or merge 2 lines in my script?

Splitting a line

Step 1: Place your cursor before the word of the sentence you would like to come on the next line.

Step 2: Use the keyboard shortcut Shift + Enter to split the line.

Adding a new line

Currently, there is no direct way to add a new line, so you can split a line and edit or delete the text in the next line.

Merge 2 lines

Merging will only work for lines in the same scene.

Step 1: Place your cursor before the word of the sentence you would like to merge with the previous line.

Step 2: Use the keyboard shortcut ↑Shift + ←Backspace to merge the line.

Make sure to click on Apply Changes once you make your edits and preview your video!
